Achraf El Ouali

Achraf is a Principal at BCG Riyadh with over 15 years of experience in the downstream sector. He began his career at TotalEnergies before joining BCG, where he supports downstream clients globally. He has worked with leading IOCs and NOCs worldwide on initiatives spanning value creation, operations, digital, and strategy. Achraf has led and supported transformation programs focused on accelerating and sustaining value creation through digital enablement, change management, and capability building, leading to bottom line value creation of 0.5 to 1 $/bbl for refining and 20 to 30 $/MT for petrochemicals.
