Saeed A. Al Hajri

Saeed is Vice President of Manufacturing at SATORP, where he leads refinery Operations, Maintenance and Turnaround. He is responsible for driving safe, reliable and high performance operations across one of the region’s leading refining complexes.

With extensive leadership experience across SWCC, Saudi Kayan, Sipchem and SATORP, Saeed has held senior roles spanning new plant construction , commissioning , start up, utilities management, refining and petrochemical Operations and continuous improvement. His expertise covers complex operational environments, assets reliability, and large-scale turnaround execution.

Saeed is known for aligning operational strategy with business objective, advancing operational excellence and developing high performing teams. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from King Faisal University.

Saeed currently serves as Chairman of the Board for the Arabian Aramco Total Services Company. In addition, he was a member of the Jubail Business Council and the Foreign Investment Committee in the Asharqia Chamber of Commerce (18th session of the board, 2018–2022).
